FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OF 750€ AND OVER.
For orders below this amount, BOTAN offers standard delivery for €15 for European orders and for €20 for intercontinental orders.
BOTAN offers standard delivery to Europe and North America through DHL, UPS, and DPD.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order placement.
Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Please note, orders are not processed or shipped on the weekend or Belgian holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
For European orders, please allow 1 to 7 business days for delivery after receiving your shipment email. For intercontinental orders, please allow 3 to 14 business days.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please note, orders above 2,500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
Shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the customer's national tax/customs authorities. BOTAN is not responsible for any duties or import taxes charged upon arrival of the parcel at the destination country. Any applicable fees will be collected from the customer by the carrier upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to an order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers at this time. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
All item(s) purchased on botanofficial.com, except discounted items, can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s). Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
The item(s) should be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all original BOTAN tags attached. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted or refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@botanofficial.com with the following information: order number, name on the order, email address the order was made with. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you the return label.
Once your original items are received, processing time for returns may take up to 21 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Please note, the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. BOTAN cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CHARGES?
Shipping costs of both the return shipment and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the reimbursement of the initial purchase amount. This also applies to orders above €750, for which free standard delivery was offered.
